Which modality to reach the diagnosis?


ANSWER

MRI:

Proximal diaphyseal-metaphyseal junction of the 4th ray: No fracture line, no osteoarthritis, nor soft tissue infiltration.

Metatarsal hallux: Focal sub-capital hyperpressure with neo-bursopathy

CONCLUSION = Overall aspect suggestive of static disorders.
