ANSWER
Before proceeding with an articular infiltration-distension, it is advisable to confirm the diagnosis with an MRI.
MRI: Acromioclavicular arthropathy complicated by supraspinatus tendinopathy with accompanying bursitis. No signs suggestive of adhesive capsulitis, it is not a frozen shoulder.
